Updated 2026 Artwork
7” × 7” translucent vinyl sticker, sized to wrap around a standard seven-day jar candle. The translucent artwork allows the candlelight to shine softly through the image as it burns. A white candle is recommended.
This newly redesigned 2026 edition of my Great God candle wrap was created to accompany the practices and correspondences taught in my book, Elemental Witchcraft: A Guide to Living a Magickal Life Through the Elements.
The Great God embodies the Yang, projective current of Ether and Spirit, expressed through the Sun and the elements of Air and Fire. He governs the Spiritual Body and the Path of Completion, through which the elemental powers are integrated into the wholeness of the Witch.
The artwork presents the Great God through three horned and antlered forms, reflecting the changing faces of the Wild Horned God of Nature through youth, maturity, and age. The Horned Youth embodies the vital, untamed powers of growth and becoming; the Solar King expresses maturity, sovereignty, fertility, and the fullness of life; and the Elder Sage bears the wisdom of age, sacrifice, descent, and return. Together, these figures evoke the cyclical mysteries of the God as they unfold through the turning Solar Wheel.
The Great God also bears the ethical mystery of the Witch’s Creed: “An it harm none, do as ye will.”
Harming None • Do As Ye Will
