This newly redesigned 2026 edition of my Great Goddess candle wrap was created to accompany the practices and correspondences taught in my book, Elemental Witchcraft: A Guide to Living a Magickal Life Through the Elements.
The Great Goddess embodies the Yin, receptive current of Ether and Spirit, expressed through the Moon and the elements of Water and Earth. She governs the Spiritual Body and the Path of Completion, through which the elemental powers are integrated into the wholeness of the Witch.
The artwork presents the Great Goddess through three faces of her cyclical mystery: Crescent Maiden, Full Mother, and Waning Crone. The Maiden embodies emergence, beauty, possibility, and becoming and is presented here like Venus; the Mother expresses abundance, creation, nourishment, and the fullness of life and is presented here like Gaia; and the Crone bears the mysteries of wisdom, transformation, release, and return, presented here like Hekate. Silver-crowned and ever-changing, these three figures reveal the Goddess through the waxing, fullness, and waning of the Lunar Cycle.
The Great Goddess also bears the two keys to the Witch’s Temple: Perfect Love and Perfect Trust. Together, these mysteries express the receptive work of Spirit and the sacred relationships through which the Witch seeks integration, balance, and Completion.
