Classes are every Thursday night from 6:00-9:00 pm to learn, discuss, and journey together. Afterward we have a tradition of going to Armadillo Grill on 5th street to share a "tex mex" meal and drinks.
No prior knowledge or experience necessary. Just bring an open mind and heart.
This is a year long course divided into 8 sessions according to the Wheel of the year. This course will include topics on living life in harmony with natural cycles, celebrating the wheel of the year, ritual forms and tools, magick and spell craft, divination, healing arts, herbalism, metaphysics, psychic development, and inner journey work.
This is a facilitated study and support group for people who would like to learn in a more formal setting, expand their solitary practice, meet new people and experience spiritual journeys with friends of like mind. However, this is eclectic Modern Witchcraft and offers an alternative to traditional Wiccan training within the coven setting. All people of an earth-based spiritual path will find something here to enrich their practice and are welcome!
Classes are taught primarily by Michelle Jenkins, owner of The Sojourner. Guest teachers are brought in whenever possible so that we can experience many different viewpoints and the expertise found in our community.
This class has some primary texts that we've interwoven to create this curriculum and are recommended reading for this class:
